We sell loin cuts, French racks, roasts, steaks, tips, stew meat, Denver leg, osso bucco, ground burger patties and venison trim. Also summer sausage and jerky. We take special order requests. We also provide shipping and distribution, and marketing and promotion services. Distribution Products available within USA through farm gate sales, wholesale and restaurants. Open for business Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Payment options are cash or cheque. We ship or you pick up. Shipping is done every second day, Monday - Wednesday. Other Information Wisconsin Venison LLP. is a group of 5 deer farmers that began marketing venison in 1996. Our animals are raised in natural environments free of antibiotics, growth hormones and chemicals resulting in premium quality venison. Our herds are enrolled in a CWD monitoring program and all meat is tested prior to being sold. Our products are USDA or state inspected, vacuum packed and flash frozen or refrigerated for freshness. We set stringent standards for the meat we produce, from animal husbandry to processing and packaging to customer service and satisfaction. |
