Product Descriptions

Elk meat for sale as fresh or frozen cuts, same or mixed cut packages, and value-added products.

We carry trim, burgers and all kinds of cuts. We have sausages and jerky (flat and round sticks).  

Distribution

Products available within USA through retail, wholesale and restaurants. We can export as well. 

Open for business Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday 8-12. Payment options are cash or cheque. We ship or you pick up.

Other Information

Meat is slaughtered at Lorentz Meats in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. Lorentz is FDA and EU approved. We have been on a CWD monitoring program for 4 years.
