Dip steaks in egg, roll in mixture of crumbs, flour, salt, and pepper. Brown steaks in oil. Place in baking dish. Cover with onion, mushrooms, and wine. Bake, covered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1-1½ hours. |
