Elk and red deer venison for sale as fresh cuts, frozen whole or partial carcasses, packages of same or mixed cuts, and value-added products.

All types of fresh cuts for retail and wholesale - jerky, summer sausage and other smoked products.

We offer slaughtering and processing, cutting and packages services as well as custom manufacturing of jerky and other smoked products. 

Distribution

Products available within the USA to retail, wholesale and Internet buyers.

Open for business Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Payment options are cash and credit cards. Products can be picked up or shipped (UPS shipping available).

Other Information

We use a USDA inspected processing plant and participate in a CWD monitoring program. Have been in business since 1996.
