Product Descriptions

Elk meat for sale as fresh or frozen cuts, whole or partial carcasses, packages of same or mixed cuts, and value-added products.

We have elk meat cuts, sausage, deli meats including summer sausage, peperettes, salami and smoked sliced roast.   

Distribution

Products available within Ontario through farm-gate sales, farmers’ markets, wholesalers and to restaurant and resort buyers.

Payment options are cash, cheque or account and we can ship anywhere in southern Ontario.

Other Information

We have been in business for 7 years. We are CFIA inspected twice a year. Our herd is fully accredited for TB and Brucellosis and we enrolled in the CWD monitoring program in January 2000.
