All cuts of meat - any venison cuts, salami, pepperoni, sausages, pate, smokies, jerky. Organic salad dressings, spices, bones, hides, pelts, antlers and velvet. We also provide cutting and packaging, freezing, storage, shipping and distribution, and marketing and promotion services. We have a health department approved processing room, fully equipped. Distribution Products available within British Columbia through farm-gate sales, farmersÂ’ markets, retail stores, restaurants and Internet sales. Open for business Wed - Sun 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Payment options are cash, credit cards, account and cheque. We can deliver up to 20 miles. Other Information We started deer farming in 1992. We have a herd of 378 animals on 170 acres. Our animals are tested yearly for TB by the Dept. of Agriculture. We run our deer twice yearly for worming, tasvax, weight monitoring, and general health. All records are computerized and all data is recorded and tracked. All staff must have Food Safe Level #1 and #2. All products are vacuumed packed. All frozen products are kept at -22 degrees F. Animals are fed only natural grain, no animal byproducts. Offal are used for making dog biscuits only. All prime cuts are from 18 month old deer. | |||||||||
