Average package consists of 3 pkg rib eye steak, 1 sirloin tip roast, 1 shoulder roast, 4 pkg New York steak, 5 pkg round steak, 3 pkg sirloin steak, 2 pkg tenderloin, 6 pkg minute steak and 20 pkg of ground elk. Cost is $6.50 per pound. Distribution Products available locally only as farm-gate sales. Open for business 8:00 am to 8:00 pm; please call to arrange for pick-up.
