Experience the taste of Alberta Triple Grade AAA farm raised elk meat at your dinner table. Not only is this elk meat low in fat but it has also been organically raised and grass fed only. There has never been any fertilized feed fed to these animals nor has there been any hormones or additives added. No pork is added to any of our meat products.

Frozen elk meat for sale in packages of mixed cuts. Packages are completely deboned and vacuum sealed. Each package weights approximately 40 lbs and costs $6.50/lb.

Each package consists of:

• 2 pkgs of sirloin steak
• 3 pkgs of round steak
• 3 pkgs of minute steak
• 3 pkgs of ribeye steak
• 1 sirloin tip roast
• 1 outside round roast
• 1 inside round roast
• 1 tenderloin roast
• 8 one-lb pkgs of ground elk.

We also have elk sausages and specialty cuts that include: loin roasts, smokies, wieners, salami, bologna, garlic sausage, summer sausage, frying sausage, peperoni, elk bacon, jerky sticks and jerky. These are available as sausage value paks for $60.00 each.

Distribution

Products available locally only as farm-gate sales.

Open for business 8:00 am to 8:00 pm; please call to arrange for pick-up. Payment options are cash and cheque.
