Open for business Monday to Friday. Payment options are cash, cheque and credit cards. Products can be picked up, shipped or delivered with Calgary city limits.

We have been in business since 1996 and processing elk and reindeer meat for over 4 years. We also provide Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts and four restaurants with high quality, natural elk and reindeer meat cuts.

We also offer consultations and presentations on elk meat quality.
