Product Descriptions

    Elk meat for sale as whole or partial carcasses, packages of frozen mixed cuts and value added products.

    We sell elk patties, roasts, steaks, garlic sausage, jerky, stix. Also Vital-Ex capsules (elk velvet antler), elk buttons, elk racks, teeth and hides.

Distribution

    Products available within the USA through farm-gate sales.

    Open for business Monday to Friday - 7:30 am to 4:30 pm; evenings and weekends by appointment. Payment options are cash and cheque.

Other Information

    We have been raising elk since 1991. We are a disease free herd. Our animals are TB tested and we are now in our third year of a CWD monitoring program.
