Product Descriptions Elk meat for sale as frozen cuts, same or mixed cut packages, and value-added products. We carry boneless cuts of striploin, rib, sirloin and round steaks, plus round roasts, stew meat, quarter pound patties, brats, breakfast sausage and breakfast steaks. We also have summer sausage, snack sticks and jerky. Holiday gift boxes (see photo) and special box specials of elk meat are available. Please contact us for more information. We also offer shipping and distribution, and marketing and promotion services. Distribution Products available within Wisconsin through farm-gate sales, retail, wholesale, Internet sales, restaurants and health food stores. Open by appointment. Payment options are cash or credit cards. Other Information We established our elk business in 1996 and expanded to a second farm in 1997. Our farms are TB accredited and Wisconsin Farm #19 in the CWD Monitoring Program. Elk meat is slaughtered and inspected in a Wisconsin State facility. Elk graze on natural pastures and are supplemented with natural grains, locally grown and mixed. Our farm is a member of the Elk Quality Assurance Program, and Something Special from the Wisconsin marketing program of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture. We are also Wisconsin’s largest distributor of elk velvet capsules which are sold in health food stores and on the Internet. |
