Product Descriptions

    Elk meat for sale as frozen packages of same cuts and value-added products.

    We have summer sausage, snack sticks, brats, smoked rump roast, steaks, ground elk and patties.

    We also have elk antlers, buttons, teeth and Dry Doc Velvet capsules.   


    Products available within Indiana through farm-gate sales, restaurants and wholesale.

    Open every Saturday 10:00 to 4:00. Payment options are cash or credit cards. Meat must be picked up.

Other Information

    USDA inspected elk meat. TB accredited and Brucellois free herd. We are enrolled in a CWD montoring program with the State of Indiana since 2000. We are a member of the Elk Quality Assurance Program. All animals are pastured and grain fed. No questionable chemicals are used. We have been selling quality elk meat since 1993.
