Fallow deer venison for sale as fresh cuts, frozen whole and partial carcasses, packages of same cuts, and value-added products.

Primals, strip loin, tenderloin, loin & rib steaks, Denver leg, boneless shoulder roast, ground, summer sausage and jerky.

We offer recipes. cooking lessons and seminars as well.

Distribution

Products available within Oklahoma through farm-gate sales, Oklahoma Food Co-operative, to retail stores and restaurants.

Open for business Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Payment options are cash and cheque. Delivery to Oklahoma City area. Some mail-order available for gift boxes within the USA.

Other Information

We have been selling venison since 1993. USDA certified TB & brucellosis free herd since 1994. Oklahoma State inspected slaughter and packaging. Farm open for inspection at any time.
