    Red deer venison for sale as fresh cuts, packages of same cuts, and value-added products.

    We sell haunch cuts (haunch on the bone, whole boneless haunch, roasting joint, steak, haunch medallion steaks, escalopes, and mini-haunch joints), saddle cuts (french rack, cutlets, striploin, T-bone, fillet), shoulder cuts and casseroles (boneless shoulder, shoulder braising steaks, diced steak/goulash, stewing casserole and mince) and others (venison sausages, burgers, grillsteaks, smoked venison haunch, and smoked sausage).

    We also offer slaughtering and processing; cutting and packaging; and marketing and promotion services.   


    Products available within the United Kingdom through farm gate sales, retail stoes, catalogue and Internet sales.

    Open for business Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Payment options are cheque and credit cards. We ship anywhere in Great Britain.
