    Red deer venison for sale as fresh cuts, frozen packages, and value-added products.

    Free-range venison produced and field-shot on the farm. Carcases are hung for 2-3 weeks for great flavour and texture. Our butcher then produces a huge range of venison cuts, from osso buco to fillet steak, from joints on the bone to choice braising cuts, steaks and casseroles. We also make additive-free products, e.g., sausages, smoked venison, wee pies, olives, haggis, carpacio, etc.  

Distribution

    Products available within Great Britain only through farm-gate, farmers’ markets, catalogue and Internet sales.

    Payment options are cheque, credit cards and cash. We ship anywhere in the United Kingdom or meat can be picked up.

Other Information

    Fletchers were the first deer farmers in the UK. Nichola Fletcher has written four books about cooking venison and game meats. So what the Fletchers don’t know about deer and venison is not worth knowing! Our aim is to produce the finest venison in the world.
