    Fallow deer venison for sale as fresh cuts, frozen whole or partial carcasses, packages of mixed cuts, and value-added products.

    Whole carcass, restaurant combination (two hind legs and saddle), retail cuts (steaks, chops, stew, ground), jerky, summer sausages, pepperoni, snack sticks, hotdogs, kelbasa, organ meats (heart, kidneys, liver)

Distribution

    Products available within USA through farm-gate sales, farmers’ markets, to retail stores, via Internet sales and to restaurants.

    On farm pickup Sat-Sun 10-4, order taken daily. Payment options are cash credit cards, and cheque.

Other Information

    In business since 1996. Fallow Hollow venison received two silvers at the Panache d’or Venison competitions. Our venison was featured at the James Beard Foundation and the New York Wine Foundation dinners. This is some of the best venison available. Grass fed and chemical free. USDA inspected.
