All of our meats are USDA inspected, premium cuts, that are boneless and vacuum packed for freshness. Elk has more nutrients and protein with less fat, cholesterol and calories. Distribution Products available within Missouri through farm-gate sales, farmers’ markets, to individual consumers, retail stores and restaurants. Open for business anytime - call ahead. Payment options are cash and cheque. Pick up and delivery. Other Information We have been raising elk since 1995. Our animals are gold registered, purebred Rocky Mountain elk. They are TB accredited and Brucellosis free. Our animals are all pasture and grain fed. We are enrolled in a CWD Monitoring program with the Missouri State Department of Agriculture. We have some of the top bloodlines around and raise some of the best animals in the country. |
