Product Descriptions

Axis and fallow deer meat for sale as fresh and frozen venison, whole or partial carcasses, packages of same or mixed cuts and value-added products. We also offer Certified Organic products.

We have sirloin chops, tenderloins, MSG-free summer sausage (regular and spicy), jerky and roasts.

We also offer cutting and packaging services; freezing facilities; shipping and distribution; broker, marketing and promotion services. 

Distribution

Products available within Indiana through farm-gate sales, farmers’ markets, retail store, restaurants and Internet sales.

Open 7 days a week. Payment options are cash or cheque. Pick up or shipped within Indiana.

Other Information

In business since 1999. Our herd is TB and Brucelosis certified, registered with the Indiana Board of Animal Health. We are involved in a CWD program with yearly inspections. Member of NADeFa.
