Pure elk meat products available as frozen packages of same or mixed cuts. Our products are pure elk meat - no additives or other meat is added. We have elk burgers, elk patties, elk roasts and elk tenderloin.

Distribution

Products available within Alberta through farm-gate sales.

We are open during the day. Payment options are cash and cheque. You can pick up or we can ship.

Other Information

Our elk meat comes from a CWD negative herd. Our farm has TB and Brucellosis negative status.
