    Elk, red deer and hybrid venison for sale as fresh and frozen cuts, whole or partial carcasses, packages of mixed cuts, and value-added products.

    Whole or partial carcasses; custom cut carcasses; mountain lean smoked sausages, breakfast sausages and farmersÂ’s garlic sausages.

    We also offer a full range of related services - slaughtering and meat processing, cutting and packaging, freezing, storage, shipping and marketing and promotion services. We also have green velvet antler for sale.


    Products available within Canada and available for export to retail and wholesale buyers.

    Payment options are cash and cheque. Products can be picked up or shipped.

Other Information

    In business since 1994; our meat products are government inspected; our herd has been TB tested by the CFIA. We raise pure elk, pure red deer and hybrids.
