1 pound ground elk 1 minced onion 3 sliced potatoes 1 cup cheese ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup ketchup 1 large can pork and beans 8-10 strips of bacon
Brown elk and onion (add water, bouillon or coffee if necessary); put in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add potatoes, then cheese. Mix beans, brown sugar, and ketchup; pour over cheese layer.
