1 pound ground elk 1 small onion 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can milk 1 package egg noodles Salt and pepper
Brown elk, onion, salt and pepper. Cook noodles according to package directions. In a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix elk and noodles. Mix soup and milk, then pour over elk-noodle mixture and stir together.
