Sue’s Venison Meatloaf

1 pound ground elk
1 egg
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup steak sauce
Parsley flakes

Beat egg with fork in separate bowl. Add egg, oatmeal, onion and half of the steak sauce to ground elk meat in a mixing bowl. Mix well by hand. Form into loaf shape and put in glass baking dish. Pour rest of steak sauce over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Garnish with parsley flakes.
