Venison Meatloaf II

3 slices dry bread
4 oz. canned milk
2 teaspoons Lawreys seasoning salt
few shakes of pepper
1 small minced onion
1-2 lbs ground venison
3 slices bacon

Crumble bread and let soak in milk for 10 minutes. Add spices and onion, mix in meat, top with bacon and dot with a bit of catsup. Bake covered for 45 minutes, then uncovered 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

This is very moist meatloaf that is great next day for sandwiches -- that is, if there is any left!
