3 slices dry bread Crumble bread and let soak in milk for 10 minutes. Add spices and onion, mix in meat, top with bacon and dot with a bit of catsup. Bake covered for 45 minutes, then uncovered 20 minutes at 350 degrees. This is very moist meatloaf that is great next day for sandwiches -- that is, if there is any left!
