Venison Meatloaf I

2 cups ground venison
1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup warm water

Beat thoroughly. Put into loaf pan. Pour one 8 oz can tomato sauce over all. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
