Our venison is provincially inspected for sale to the hotel and restaurant industry in primal cuts. Processed products such as pepperoni, jerky and breakfast/dinner sausages are available for both wholesale and retail buyers. Distribution Products available within Alberta to retail, wholesale and restaurant buyers. Open for business Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Payment options are cash and cheque. Other Information Our herd is TB & Brucellois free. We have been enrolled in the provincial CWD surveillance program since 2000. |
