Our venison is provincially inspected for sale to the hotel and restaurant industry in primal cuts. Processed products such as pepperoni, jerky and breakfast/dinner sausages are available for both wholesale and retail buyers.

Other Information
Our herd is TB & Brucellois free. We have been enrolled in the provincial CWD surveillance program since 2000.
