Elk and red deer venison available vacuum packed fresh or frozen, in cuts or part carcass. All cuts are taken from young animals under 3 years of age. Our animals are raised in a natural environment and on locally grown forages and grains - drug and hormone-free! Call for our extensive line of custom products. We offer Halal by request, and velvet antler and processed hides. We also offer cutting and packaging, freezing and marketing/promotion services. Distribution Products available within Ontario through farm-gate sales, retail stores and restaurants. Open for business Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; other times by appointment. Payment options are cash, credit cards and cheque. We can ship or deliver within 20 miles. Other Information We have been suppliers of venison both at the retail and wholesale levels since 1996. We are an accredited TB free herd and are inspected by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency twice yearly. All products are government inspected. We also carry wild boar, buffalo and caribou meat products. In our store, we have an extensive variety of leather products for sale. We offer farm tours which includes our Avery with wild turkeys, pheasants, partridge and quail as well as the different varieties of deer and elk we raise. To get to our farm, go 16 km north on Hwy 24 from Guelph to 7th line, turn right through Everton Village (3 km) to farm (5234 7th line) on right! |
