We have venison stew, chili and marinated steaks. We offer a full line of venison and elk products from whole carcasses to individual cuts, prepared and packaged for restaurants, individuals and the retail market. All of our products are USDA processed and approved. Since we process every other week year round, custom orders and fresh orders are never a problem. Distribution Products available within USA through farm-gate sales, Internet sales and to retail stores, wholesalers, restaurants and resorts. Open for business Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Payment options are cash, credit cards and cheque. Products can be picked up or shipped. Other Information We have been marketing venison and elk meat since 1994. All of our prime cuts come from animals that have been raised to our very specific standards of body condition, size and age to ensure that you always receive a consistent, high-quality and flavorful cut of meat. |
